Welcome to Sanjay Gandhi Government Polytechnic, Jagdishpur, Amethi which is situated in a lush green and pollution free campus on Budaun Road. Institute is approachable by Rail & Bus from all directions. Our aim is to impart best possible technical knowledge to the students of the state of Uttar Pradesh to take their productive abilities to the highest level.
Our Objective
Sanjay Gandhi Government Polytechnic, Jagdishpur, Amethi is one of the nascent Institutes under aegis of Department of Technical Education, Government of Utter Pradesh. The Institute was established in order to provide diploma level Technical Education to the students of District Amethi and near by areas. Jagdishpur is well connected by Rail and Bus. This is an initiative of the State Government to enhance technical knowledge of people and help industries to get skilled hands from nearby areas.
The Institute has started its classes in year 2015 from campus of Sanjay Gandhi Government Polytechnic, Jagdishpur, Amethi. The Institute has shifted all activities from 15th of April 2017 to its own new building situated on main Road N0.4, Industrial area, Jagdishpur, Amethi,. Its campus is situated in a lush green and pollution free environment.
